CHARITIES
The Board of Directors
of the Newcomers Club of the Grand Strand has chosen the following
organizations to be recipients of our fund raising efforts this year:
During the year one of
the above organizations will be designated as the Charity of the Month to let
you know about the work it does in and for the community.
Along with the above
designated "Charities", we will again be passing the 'Purple Bucket' for a free will collection for organizations other than the ones
chosen annually by the Board of Directors.
The ‘other’ charity such as – Wounded Warriors -will be announced at the
monthly coffees and luncheons.
Note: Please
do not feel obligated to ‘donate’, when the Purple
Bucket is passed to you, this is truly a 'free will' offering for those
who choose to do so.
