SPONSORSHIP

Many companies along the Grand Strand join us in providing opportunities for newcomers to become acquainted with the community and its many varied businesses and services.

To become a Sponsor:

Complete the Sponsor Application.
(Click on the link below to open and print the form.)
Submit an annual sponsorship fee of $25.00 payable to 'The Newcomers Club'.
Contribute a door prize for each coffee you attend and one Newcomer Luncheon during the year.
Advise us if you wish to participate in our Sponsor Fair planned for our coffee in October by checking "YES" on the form. Please click on the link below for the Sponsor Fair for more details.
Mail the application form with the fee of $25.00 to:

In addition to attending the monthly coffee's, we are offering all sponsors an opportunity to advertise your business on the last page of the monthly newsletter. The cost for for having your business card/ad in the newsletter is $15.00.

If you want to take advantage of this, check the 'YES' line on the application form, enclose your business card along with the form and a check for a total of $40.00 payable to 'The Newcomers Club'.

To introduce your business to 200+ members through a listing in our Newcomers Directory,

Posting on The Newcomers Website, as well as a feature in our Newsletter. The newsletter highlights two or three sponsors each month. Submit a short profile of your business along with your application.

To receive a membership directory and monthly updates indicating the name and address of new members.

To participate in our annual Sponsor Fair on the first Wednesday in October 2008.

To participate in Newcomers coffees.

To attend any of the luncheons by reservations paid in advance.

There is no additional fee to participate in the Fair. Although, unfortunately, due to space limitations we can only accept the first 25 sponsors to particpate. We encourage you to respond as soon as possible to reserve your space.
